From the warm welcome at the front desk to the outstanding service provided at breakfast, we were thoroughly impressed. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. Joe, in particular, stood out as an exceptional host, always ensuring our needs were met with a smile. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms featuring comfortable seating areas and premium bedding. the therapeutic salt water pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation, and the complimentary American-style breakfast was a delightful start to each day. Located just off Exit 45 on the NYS Thruway, the hotel offers easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor recreation opportunities. the proximity to attractions like the Eastview Mall and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service made our New Year's getaway truly memorable.
